At Grandma's Goodies, we value your satisfaction. While we do not accept returns, we are committed to resolving any issues with your order. Please read the details below to understand our refund policies for mandel bread and t-shirts.
Refunds for Mandel Bread:
We offer refunds only if your mandel bread arrives with significant damage. This could include crushed or compromised packaging, or the product itself being damaged or spoiled during shipping.
To process a refund, we require clear photographic evidence of the damage within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please email us at info@grandmasgoodies.net with clear photos of the damaged pouch(es) or box(es), photos showing any visible damage to the packaging, and a brief description of the issue.
Once we verify the damage, we’ll give you the option to either receive a full refund or place a new order for the same product at no extra cost (excluding shipping charges).
Refunds or new orders will be processed once the damage is confirmed, typically within 7-10 business days.
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on mandel bread or other food items. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.
Refunds for T-shirts:
We offer refunds or reprints for T-shirts only if the product is defective, such as issues with the print, fabric, or stitching, and the issue meets the criteria set by our printing partner, Printify.
If Printify approves the claim, they will either send you a free reprint or refund us, and we will then refund you.
To process the claim, we require clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect within 48 hours of receiving your T-shirt(s). Please email us at info@grandmasgoodies.net with photos of the damaged or defective t-shirt(s) and a brief description of the issue.
Once the claim is verified by Printify, we will process your refund or reprint, typically within 7-10 business days.
We do not accept returns for our t-shirts for any reason. Please ensure your order is correct before completing your purchase.
Exclusions:
Our refund policy does not cover products that are damaged due to improper handling after delivery, accidental damage, or misuse. Refunds are not available for products that were delivered successfully without significant damage or defect.
